Process Improvement Senior Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst - Process Improvement - Work From Home.

Key Responsibilities

• Support department operations and develop process improvements to enhance workflows
• Consult with leaders on process metrics and implement management practices to meet work expectations
• Design process maps and maintain documentation to ensure understanding of interconnected processes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in process improvement
• Experience with Salesforce and other process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
• Technical process evaluation skills to identify workflow gaps
• Ability to develop actionable insights from internal data
• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
