Job Summary
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Principal Technical Consultant, SPM and HRSD.
Key Responsibilities
- Support process definition, re-engineering, and improvement during workshops with customers
- Guide customers in documenting business requirements and drafting user stories
- Lead technical aspects of project delivery and provide training to system administrators
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with implementing and customizing ServiceNow
- 4+ years of experience with web technologies and networking (e.g., XML, HTML, AJAX)
- Strong understanding of ITIL methodologies and JavaScript
- ServiceNow System Administrator and Application Developer Certifications required
- Experience with SPM and/or HRSD principles and best practices
