Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Sr. Analyst, Equity Programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business and technology requirements into technical solutions
• Analyze data and system performance to recommend tools and enhancements for optimal functionality
• Lead technical evaluations and investigations, ensuring project deliverables meet milestones and budget constraints

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in systems development/architecture or similar technical roles
• Strong background in software development and system integration
• Experience with Agile methodologies and product development tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma)
• 1 - 3 years of experience in stock plan administration and/or working towards a CEP designation
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
