Key Responsibilities
- Answers incoming calls and performs triage of inquiries, responding to escalated issues with limited supervision
- Collects and tracks caller data, providing resolutions and identifying issues for improvement
- Oversees training and orientation of associates, monitors compliance with policies, and handles escalated calls
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED or 10 years of relevant work experience
- Two years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to perform physical tasks including frequent lifting and data entry
- No professional license or certification required
