Senior Capital Markets Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Capital Markets Pricing Analyst to optimize pricing strategies and enhance the mortgage experience for homebuyers.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and fulfillment to ensure accurate pricing and documentation of borrower rate locks
• Produce daily rate sheets, monitor market movement, and analyze pricing changes
• Identify and implement automation and process improvement opportunities for Lock Desk activities

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of mortgage experience, with at least 2 years in rate lock or secondary market
• Basic knowledge of Agency, Government, and Jumbo loan programs
• Strong knowledge of Loan Origination Systems (LOS), specifically Encompass
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Able to work Monday through Friday, 12pm-9pm CST (10am-7pm PST)
