Key Responsibilities

- Engage stakeholders and build alignment through effective communication and advocacy
- Design and deliver training and enablement resources to support user adoption of new tools
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience leading enterprise change initiatives with proven outcomes
- Deep expertise in change leadership frameworks and methodologies
- Strong background in Microsoft technologies, including M365 Copilot AI tools
- Executive presence with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
- Big 4 consulting experience and change management certification preferred
