A company is looking for a Senior Change Leadership Consultant to help clients navigate complex transformations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead change strategy and execution, conducting assessments and creating tailored plans
• Engage stakeholders and build alignment through effective communication and advocacy
• Design and deliver training and enablement resources to support user adoption of new tools

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading enterprise change initiatives with proven outcomes
• Deep expertise in change leadership frameworks and methodologies
• Strong background in Microsoft technologies, including M365 Copilot AI tools
• Executive presence with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
• Big 4 consulting experience and change management certification preferred
