Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Claims Process Engineer who will be responsible for improving claims processes and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Map critical claims processes and overlay inventory flow data to identify inefficiencies
- Recommend and monitor KPIs for policy administration and claims processes
- Collaborate with business peers to create standard operating procedures and implement process optimization projects
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in business process management with LSS Green Belt certification
- Proven ability to deliver positive business outcomes in efficiency and quality
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma
- Bachelor's degree in STEM or another analytical discipline
- Strong project management skills and familiarity with process documentation applications
