Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Client Success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and mentor a team of Technical Account Managers (TAMs) and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to enhance customer retention
  • Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies across assigned sub-verticals to identify and remediate issues early
  • Develop and own comprehensive value delivery plans aligned with customers' objectives, ensuring successful implementation of automation solutions
Required Qualifications
  • Prior management experience with small to medium-sized teams in a technical and customer-facing capacity
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or consulting roles, with a focus on driving customer satisfaction and retention
  • Experience managing a portfolio of customers, including their combined ARR, retention, and expansion
  • Strong background in a high-growth technology company, preferably in the SaaS or RPA space
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field (MBA preferred)
