Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Licensed Health Insurance Agent - Medicare.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with Marketplace health insurance plans during the OEP season via calls and chats in English and Spanish
• Explain features and advantages of medical plans and support members with cost/plan analysis
• Engage in sales activities without a commission-based structure, focusing on providing thorough and compassionate customer service

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or GED required
• Resident Health and Life Insurance Licenses in hand with CE completed
• Charismatic and persuasive individuals with sales skills
• Intermediate/advanced technical proficiency to navigate multiple systems
• Open availability between 8am-11pm EST, 7 days a week during the season
