- 1+ year in a customer-facing support role, preferably in a remote, health-related field
- Experience with omnichannel environments and tools, preferably Zendesk
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting and adapt to evolving technology
- Willingness to work non-standard hours, including weekends and holidays
