Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and resolve issues
  • Maintain customer accounts and records of interactions, ensuring appropriate actions are taken to resolve problems
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of customer service processes and make outbound contacts for education and issue resolution
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 or more years of customer service experience
  • Experience in a call center environment for at least 1 year
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Data entry/typing skills of 30 WPM
