A company is looking for a Customer Experience Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and resolve issues
- Maintain customer accounts and records of interactions, ensuring appropriate actions are taken to resolve problems
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of customer service processes and make outbound contacts for education and issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 or more years of customer service experience
- Experience in a call center environment for at least 1 year
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Data entry/typing skills of 30 WPM
