Senior Commercial Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Commercial Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including Pharmaceutical Supply Agreements and SaaS Agreements
• Advise cross-functional teams on legal risks and assist with the contracting process
• Manage outside counsel and lead within the commercial legal team function

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active bar membership in at least one US jurisdiction
• 10+ years of experience practicing at a law firm and/or in-house
• Experience drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial and information security agreements
• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
