Job Summary
A company is looking for a Journey Insights Senior Consultant II.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executes strategy for measuring and monitoring journey KPIs to assess improvement impact
- Analyzes data using statistical methods to provide actionable insights and support idea generation
- Collaborates with stakeholders to translate customer feedback into strategies for enhancing customer experience
Required Qualifications:
- 4-year Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- 3 or more years of relevant experience (preferred)
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- No supervisory responsibilities
- Experience in customer experience and voice of the customer methodologies is advantageous
