Senior Contracts Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Contracts Manager - Brokerage & Capital Markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, draft, negotiate, and manage commercial real estate contracts for the U.S. business
• Identify and mitigate risks in various real estate contracts and ensure compliance with laws and policies
• Collaborate with attorneys on negotiation strategies and support internal clients with contract-related advice

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, law, real estate, or a related field preferred
• Minimum 7 years' experience in negotiating and managing complex commercial contracts
• Strong understanding of commercial contracts, with a preference for experience in real estate contracts
• Expertise in managing contract lifecycle and proficiency in MS Office applications
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
