- Experience in building and managing a customer marketing team in a growing SaaS business
- Deep empathy for educators and school leaders, with a focus on retention and loyalty
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze customer engagement metrics
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple initiatives and stakeholders
