Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive annual planning, budgeting, modeling, forecasting, and business review functions in collaboration with the Finance team
  • Lead strategic initiatives to optimize customer engagement and internal collaboration processes throughout the post-sales journey
  • Analyze and report on key financial, operational, and customer metrics to promote transparency and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years in an Operations and/or Strategy role focused on Professional Services, Customer Success, or similar functions
  • Demonstrated leadership in building and scaling teams and workflows in a customer-facing or operations function
  • Deep knowledge of Professional Services and Customer Success processes and metrics
  • Experience with managing budgets, forecasting, and performing variance analysis
  • Direct experience with a SaaS business model and core KPIs in a high-growth environment
