Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a resource or Subject Matter Expert (SME) for team members and handle escalated calls
- Answer incoming calls, identify customer needs, and document required information
- Assist customers with appointment scheduling and navigating websites, ensuring problem resolution
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Familiarity with computers and the ability to learn new systems
- Completion of Customer Service training classes with demonstrated proficiency
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and occasional overtime
