Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls, identify customer needs, and document required information
  • Assist customers with appointment scheduling and navigating websites, ensuring problem resolution
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Familiarity with computers and the ability to learn new systems
  • Completion of Customer Service training classes with demonstrated proficiency
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and occasional overtime
