A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive customer success and build strategic relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 100-150 accounts, focusing on customer segmentation, proactive management, and long-term account health
- Drive value realization for Event Technology clients and ensure product adoption aligns with business goals
- Lead renewal and expansion conversations, facilitate Executive Business Reviews, and implement strategies to mitigate churn
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Strategic Account Management, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment
- Proven success managing a diverse book of business, including large and mid-market customers
- Strong understanding of churn prevention tactics and customer lifecycle management
- Proficiency in Salesforce and CRM data management
- Experience in creating and executing customer success frameworks and collaborating cross-functionally
