Key Responsibilities
- Lead a customer segment, overseeing a team of Customer Success Managers to achieve high-impact outcomes
- Ensure customers realize the full value of the platform by driving adoption and delivering consistent outcomes
- Develop a high-performing team culture through coaching, mentorship, and operational excellence
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus
- Minimum 7 years of experience in customer success, strategic account management, or consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Experience managing teams in complex customer environments
- Track record of managing large enterprise accounts in SaaS, data and analytics, or Health IT
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategic action
