Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship lead for Showcase customers, hosting monthly Business Reviews and advising on best practices
- Champion product adoption by delivering training sessions and collaborating with Sales on renewal strategies
- Utilize reporting tools to identify opportunities and support client goals through accountability targets
Required Qualifications
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience in a client-facing role such as customer success or sales
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is preferred
- Flexibility in scheduling to meet customer needs
- Ability to manage projects effectively under tight deadlines
