Required Qualifications

- 3-5+ years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in K-12 education
- Experience supporting curriculum, assessments, or edtech to drive customer success
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
- Ability to develop account plans and monitor customer engagement across portfolios
