Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience managing Enterprise accounts in a Customer Success or consultative role
- Proven ability to build trust with senior leaders and understand their goals
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills
- Data-driven approach with familiarity in CRM tools
