A company is looking for a Senior Customer Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the post-sales customer lifecycle from installation and onboarding through upgrades
- Provide customer support, including diagnosing and debugging customer problems
- Build relationships with customers to understand their desired business outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer support or related field
- Proficiency in Docker, GitHub or GitLab, SQL, and Postgres
- Experience with Linux command line and shell scripting
- Knowledge of Python, REST APIs, and JSON processing
- Familiarity with networking concepts such as NetBox, DCIM, and IPAM
