Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Customer Support team to meet or exceed customer support objectives
- Mentor Customer Support Managers and hold regular meetings to address customer issues
- Collaborate with Cloud Operations Management on escalated issues and improve service delivery
Required Qualifications
- College diploma or bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent work experience
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience
- 5-7 years of software support experience
- Experience with Microsoft Windows, IIS, SQL Server, and Microsoft Azure
