Job Summary
A company is looking for a CX Operations Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Execute technology and process improvements for Customer Experience (CX) initiatives
- Interpret business requirements and configure tech applications and software integrations
- Support ad hoc process improvement projects requiring new applications of technology
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
- Experience implementing and configuring applications, as well as building reports and surveys, is preferred
- System administration experience specific to Salesforce and Qualtrics is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Available to travel as needed for business purposes
