A company is looking for a Training & Support Specialist to empower customers through self-service resources and responsive support.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain Help Desk articles and onboarding guides
- Provide frontline customer support and troubleshoot technical issues
- Collaborate with teams to identify training gaps and enhance customer experience
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in a SaaS customer support or training content role
- Experience using Pendo, Intercom, Zendesk, or similar platforms
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with LMS platforms or content authoring tools is a plus
- Experience in fitness, healthcare, or SaaS platforms is preferred
