Key Responsibilities
- Resolve inquiries and escalations related to customer lifecycle, including technical support and billing
- Develop and implement efficiencies within the support model and maintain a comprehensive customer knowledge base
- Monitor customer inquiries to ensure quick responses and document standard operating procedures for support tasks
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, or related fields, preferably in technology or health-related industries
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Results and data-driven mentality with a bias for speed and action
- Experience with ZenDesk or similar customer support software is preferred
