Senior Data Center Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Center Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage MVS zSeries and VM/VSE environments to meet service levels
• Document incidents and escalate issues impacting service delivery
• Ensure system maintenance, backups, and operational changes are performed and documented properly

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10+ years of related experience, or an advanced degree without experience, or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of experience in IT and system monitoring
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Knowledge of mainframe systems (TSO, SDSF, TMS, QuickRef) and server scripts
• Ability to represent the company professionally to clients
