Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Operations Administrator responsible for monitoring systems and coordinating incident responses to resolve technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between the business and IT, managing technical issues until resolution
- Monitor system performance and respond to alerts, managing incident reports and escalations
- Perform smoke tests for system deployments and escalate issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
- Experience with monitoring tools and systems
- Self-motivated with a desire to improve knowledge and skills
- Ability to take ownership of issues and manage timely updates
- Familiarity with Azure, Splunk, and Linux systems administration is preferred
- Understanding of application performance monitoring is beneficial
