Technical Operations Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Operations Administrator responsible for monitoring systems and coordinating incident responses to resolve technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between the business and IT, managing technical issues until resolution
• Monitor system performance and respond to alerts, managing incident reports and escalations
• Perform smoke tests for system deployments and escalate issues as necessary

Required Qualifications

• Experience with monitoring tools and systems
• Self-motivated with a desire to improve knowledge and skills
• Ability to take ownership of issues and manage timely updates
• Familiarity with Azure, Splunk, and Linux systems administration is preferred
• Understanding of application performance monitoring is beneficial
