Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Data Scientist.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop in-house endpoint association and modeling/prediction pipelines using machine learning methodologies
• Develop and maintain survival prediction pipelines using multi-omics data
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the application of R and Python ML modeling libraries to clinical trial data

Required Qualifications

• PhD or MS in Bioinformatics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
• Significant experience in bioinformatics and analysis of large-scale biological datasets
• Familiarity with clinical bioinformatics and real-world biomarker data
• Fluency in Python and R programming languages
• Experience with data QC, preprocessing, feature selection, and model deployment
