Key Responsibilities

• Design developer journeys and implement effective content strategies
• Analyze developer learning journey needs and identify gaps in collaboration with stakeholders
• Establish and maintain a library of resources, templates, and tutorials for content management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Instructional Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 12+ years of experience in structuring technical content for onboarding
• Proven track record of managing complex learning projects with multiple collaborators
• Experience designing and developing developer learning journeys
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
