Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Developer Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated complex technical issues for customers and internal teams
- Mentor and train team members while proactively identifying and implementing process improvements
- Respond to live customer issues as part of an incident response team to solve critical problems
Required Qualifications
- Experience with an object-oriented programming language
- Experience integrating third-party SDKs into projects or supporting customers with SDK integration
- Familiarity with the Unity engine
- Extensive experience with Linux administration
- Knowledge of modern cloud technologies and orchestration solutions (Kubernetes, GCP, Azure)
