A company is looking for a Sr. Director of Customer Onboarding & Implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Set the vision and strategy for global onboarding and implementation, building and mentoring a high-performing team
- Design and optimize onboarding processes for efficiency and scalability while ensuring alignment with product roadmaps
- Develop and manage a certified global implementation partner network and create compensation models tied to success metrics
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or professional services, with 4+ years in leadership
- Proven success in leading teams that impact customer outcomes and revenue growth
- Experience with ERP integrations and complex data migration initiatives
- Strategic, analytical, and highly organized, with PMP or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work in Eastern Standard Time (EST) and experience with global teams and enterprise clients
