Senior Director of Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Engineering, Developer Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the engineering strategy for Developer Enablement, including internal platforms and developer tooling
• Lead and scale a high-performing engineering organization, fostering a culture of ownership and innovation
• Architect and operate the API platform, ensuring scalability and security

Required Qualifications

• Proven engineering leadership experience with accountability for developer platforms and cloud-native services
• Strong technical acumen in platform engineering, including CI/CD pipelines and developer workflow optimization
• Experience delivering developer-facing UIs or portals that enable self-service
• Deep understanding of metrics-driven engineering execution and continuous improvement
• Knowledge of API gateway architecture and cloud-native operations
