Senior Director of Global Alliances

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Global Alliances to lead and revamp their global partnerships function.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the global alliance strategy across various partners, including GSIs, SIs, and tech partners
• Redefine the partner program by building structure, playbooks, and incentive systems
• Drive partner-sourced pipeline and collaborate cross-functionally to embed partnerships into GTM and delivery motions

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in alliances, partnerships, or channel leadership in enterprise SaaS
• Proven success in launching or transforming a global partner program with quantifiable outcomes
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at the ELT level
• Deep understanding of GTM activation with various partner types
• Experience managing and scaling a small but impactful team
