A company is looking for a Senior Director, Internal Communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement internal communication strategies to support business priorities and cultural values
- Act as a communications advisor to senior leadership and manage change communication plans for organizational initiatives
- Measure the impact of communications and enhance employee engagement through effective channels and feedback mechanisms
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field preferred
- 7+ years of experience in internal communications, change management, or employee engagement
- Proven ability to lead communication strategies in large, complex organizations
- Familiarity with change management methodologies such as Prosci, Kotter, or Lewin
- Strong project management skills and high emotional intelligence
