Key Responsibilities
- Drive Marketing Analytics strategy and provide thought leadership in Customer and Partner Analytics
- Design and support Marketing Analytics by integrating data from multiple sources for stakeholders
- Develop insights through qualitative and quantitative research to enhance decision-making
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Marketing, specifically in Customer and Partner Analytics
- Experience in Business Intelligence, statistics, and data science
- Exposure to the end-to-end Customer Management process
- 10+ years of experience in leading cross-functional teams
- Experience managing instrumentation and telemetry data from modern cloud platforms
