Key Responsibilities
- Define, negotiate, and activate strategic partnerships while ensuring alignment with business goals
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to execute technology-based customer value programs
- Oversee measurement plans and reporting on partnership impact metrics to inform long-term planning
Required Qualifications
- Strong sales and technical expertise as a Microsoft Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Experience in leading strategic partnerships at scale, particularly in a solution firm (MSP/VAR)
- Proven track record in project management for large, complex projects
- Ability to develop and leverage customer insights for program development
- Experience in coaching and mentoring teams to enhance operational efficiency
