A company is looking for a Vice President of Sales - Coaching and Wellness.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, proposal development, and closing
- Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns to promote coaching and wellness offerings
- Partner with marketing on lead generation initiatives and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in coaching, wellness, or financial services
- Demonstrated success in prospecting and closing complex deals with senior executives
- Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with accountability for revenue goals
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot
- Deep interest in personal development, performance, or wellness strongly preferred
