Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in creative marketing or performance advertising, with 4+ years in senior leadership roles
- Proven experience managing creative departments, including hiring and career development
- Deep expertise in Performance Creative across various advertising platforms
- Experience building and scaling creative teams and systems in an agency environment
- Working knowledge of AI platforms and familiarity with relevant advertising tools and data dashboards
