Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Video Encoding Engineering to lead the Video Encoding and Delivery organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the multi-year vision for video encoding and delivery pipelines
• Guide architecture decisions for scalable and fault-tolerant video processing services
• Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of engineers and managers in encoding and video delivery

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering leadership in video delivery or encoding
• Demonstrated success managing multi-layered engineering organizations (50+ engineers)
• Deep understanding of codecs, streaming protocols, and DRM systems
• Experience partnering with Product, Operations, and Client Engineering
• Proven track record of technical innovation and strategic thinking
