Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Video Encoding Engineering to lead the Video Encoding and Delivery organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the multi-year vision for video encoding and delivery pipelines
• Guide architecture decisions for scalable and fault-tolerant video processing services
• Lead and mentor engineering teams, addressing skillset gaps and evolving the team for future challenges

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering leadership in video delivery or encoding
• Experience managing and scaling engineering organizations of 50+ engineers
• Deep understanding of codecs, streaming protocols, and DRM
• Proven track record of technical innovation and strategic thinking
• Experience collaborating with Product, Operations, and Client Engineering teams
