Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Research Analysts to develop a data-driven prospect research strategy
• Collaborate with Global Philanthropic Engagement leadership to align research with fundraising goals
• Oversee data management practices and enhance research tools for effective fundraising support

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in prospect research or fundraising intelligence within a nonprofit or global organization
• 5+ years of experience managing a team of direct reports
• Expertise in wealth analysis and donor profiling
• Proficiency in fundraising CRMs, preferably Salesforce
• Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and ethical research practices
