Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineer to join their Technology Service Experience team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop software solutions that enhance customer technology support experiences
• Collaborate with team members to solve technical issues and improve engineering practices
• Coach and mentor junior engineers while participating in recruitment efforts for the team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years of experience in engineering environments with a strong understanding of software engineering practices
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and version control practices
• Expertise in debugging code and querying databases for complex data operations
• Experience in performing code reviews and providing technical guidance to team members
