Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineer in Software Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced triage and support for the Archtics Ticketing platform, ensuring system availability and performance
• Participate in on-call rotations to respond to critical incidents and collaborate with the incident response team
• Automate tasks and design resilient systems while continuously improving security and compliance standards

Required Qualifications

• Experience with public cloud services, particularly AWS
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V and VMware
• Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, or Python
• Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible or Chef
• Familiarity with managing Windows and Linux servers
