Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager, Machine Learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists in developing, productionizing, and monitoring ML models at scale
• Oversee the design and deployment of algorithms, including GenAI/LLM-based models, to support trial execution activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data science initiatives with business goals

Required Qualifications

• PhD or Master's in data science, statistics, computer science, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in data science or a related field, with a focus on healthcare or adjacent industries
• 2+ years of leadership experience in data science teams
• Strong experience in machine learning, including model training, evaluation, and deployment
• Hands-on experience with Python and knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical methods
