Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise architecture experience in the Transportation and Logistics industry
• Proven success in presales or solution consulting roles
• Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and enterprise solution architecture
• Experience with AI/ML integration and intelligent workflow orchestration
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks like TOGAF or IT4IT is preferred
