Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Financial Planning and Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage capacity models, including vendor and headcount analyses
• Analyze key performance drivers and assess actual results versus budget/forecast
• Prepare and review monthly and quarterly metrics, scorecards, and variance analysis

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of progressive finance experience focused on financial planning and analysis
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; an MBA is a plus
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, primarily Excel
• Knowledge of Oracle and/or Anaplan is advantageous
• Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles
