Key Responsibilities

• Analyze performance across demand generation teams to identify opportunities for improvement
• Build and manage dynamic models and dashboards to track go-to-market performance
• Design reporting frameworks that provide insights for leadership and board discussions

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, public accounting, or FP&A
• Strong analytical thinking and business acumen, with fluency in GTM metrics
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with systems like Adaptive, Salesforce, Looker, or Hubspot is a plus
• Proactive, curious, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset
