Key Responsibilities

• Build and roll out a design system using tokens, reusable components, and clear documentation
• Mentor engineers and guide frontend quality standards while partnering with design and product teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in modern frontend development (React, HTML/CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience building and maintaining large-scale frontend systems and reusable component libraries
• Deep understanding of architecture patterns, state management, and performance tuning
• Deep experience building and scaling production applications using Tailwind CSS
• Fluency in utility-first design principles and accessible HTML
